LUNCH AT HOME

Enjoyed this tasty little sandwich at home.  Ham, Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Spicy Mustard and Central Grocery Olive Salad.  Low carb bread of course.

LUNCH AT HOME

One of those weeks when the Wife tells me use up everything in the refrigerator before going out or buying food.  I did as instructed and made this delicious Ham and Cheese Sandwich on Multi Grain Bread.  Black Forest Ham, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion and Dijon Mustard.

Saw some Black Forest Ham in our refrigerator and immediately went to the cheese drawer to see what kind of cheese we had.  Saw Swiss Cheese and bam decided to make a Ham and Cheese Sandwich.  A little Dijon Mustard, Lettuce and Tomato made this one delicious dinner.

We had some hamburger buns that needed to be used up so I looked in the fridge and found Ham and Cheese.  Guess we are having Ham and Cheese Sandwiches for dinner.  I mixed up some Dijon Mustard and Horseradish for a sauce and also added some Balsamic Dressing.  Fresh Lettuce, Tomato and Onion made this a great sandwich and believe me better than most sandwich shops in town.

Cooked up a delicious batch of Chicken Soup using the remainder of a Costco Rotisserie Chicken, Vegetables and Chicken Stock.  Soup came out fantastic.  Paired the soup with some leftover Honey Baked Ham from Easter.  Delicious little homemade meal that the entire family loved.
