TUNA SALAD WRAP

LUNCH AT HOME

I love a good Tuna Sandwich provided it has more than just a bunch of mayonnaise in it. 
 My recipe has flavor, texture and is perfect on bread or in a tortilla.  I use low carb tortillas 
for these easy Wraps.  Also add Lettuce and American Cheese.  Delicious!

MY FAVE TUNA SANDWICH

Had a craving for my fave Tuna Sandwich so I mixed up a batch and served with Lettuce, Cheese and Avocado on low carb bread.  Added hard boiled eggs to the mix too.

TUNA AND EGG SALAD SANDWICH WITH AVOCADO

LUNCH AT HOME

Made the Worlds Best Tuna and Egg Salad Sandwich with Avocado and Tomato.  This sandwich rocks and now that we have found a great low carb bread, I can enjoy these more often.  I normally just make a Tuna Sandwich but my Wife loves adding hard boiled eggs to the recipe.  Click link below for the Worlds' Best Tuna Sandwich recipe;

TUNA SALAD CUCUMBER BITES

LUNCH AT THE OFFICE

Made these delicious little Tuna Salad and Cucumber bites for lunch.  Used my standard Tuna Salad recipe and just substituted Cucumber for the bread.  Actually really good but next time I will cut the Cucumber a little thinner.  Very refreshing lunch.

TUNA SALAD ON GRILLED BELL PEPPER

LUNCH AT THE OFFICE

Day 5 of my 7 day diet and I am down 7 pounds so far.  Eating a low carb and low fat diet with Lemon, Vinegar and Cayenne Water twice daily before breakfast and dinner.  I cut out my wine consumption and have eliminating my snacking.  Feel great and come Sunday, I may decide to continue this diet for another seven days.  I love Tuna Sandwiches that I make with my fave recipe.  Wanted to eliminate the bread so I grilled a Red Bell Pepper and used it in place of bread.  I was AMAZED how good this was.  Really satisfied my hunger and was delicious.  I would make this again even if I am not dieting!
