Our last dinner at Pacific Coast Grill where we sat on the water and enjoyed the sunset was one of the most special dinners of my life.  Actually made me put this restaurant on my all time favorite list.  While the food was good this time, it did not impress like that evening in 2021.  The Sushi Rolls this time did not have much flavor and were pretty disappointing.  Loved the fresh Oysters, Lobster and Shrimp Chowder and Bag of Bones.  My Wife and Daughter love the Beet and Pear Salad.  Service was GREAT on this visit and we had a wonderful time.  Love this place!

After this visit to the Pacific Coast Grill in Cardiff, I am putting it on my all time favorite restaurant list.  Partly because of the great view and sunset but mostly because I have never had a bad meal here.  Food is always consistent and delicious.  What a way to end our trip to San Diego.  Dinner on the beach, great weather, my family and incredible food.  I have a soft spot for Cardiff by the Sea because I lived just a few blocks from this beach for many years.  Truly one of my most cherished places and somewhere I love returning to as often as possible.

I love the Pacific Coast Grill in Cardiff by the Sea.  This is a favorite Happy Hour and dinner spot for my friends that live in Cardiff and Encinitas.  Always good food, service and great views of the ocean.  The pastel colors during sunset on Cardiff beach have stayed in my mind since I lived there over 30 years ago.  Cardiff is still a big part of my heart and soul.  So many fond memories in this small beachside town.  The food at Pacific Coast Grill is always good.  On this visit we grazed on mostly Sushi with a lot of wine and cocktails.  Just a perfect spot with good friends.
