PASTA WITH CLAM SAUCE

DINNER AT HOME

Gotta be honest, my Pasta with Clam Sauce recipe is pretty darn good.  Even my wife who doesn't like Clam Sauce said this was delicious.  I used a combination of Chopped Clams and Razor Clams.  Normally serve with Linguine but we only had Thin Spaghetti which worked fine.  I didn't add any Tomato Sauce as in the recipe below.

DINNER AT HOME

Gotta call em like I eat em....so this dinner was FANTASTIC!  Loved it and so did the Wife.

She has been saying no to Linguine and Clam Sauce for months, but I made it anyway and she ended up going back for seconds and telling me how good it was.  Success!

Note:  Actually used Fettuccini Pasta as we were out of Linguine.
