APPETIZER AT HOME

Cannot think of a better appetizer on a very warm Hawaiian evening.  Enjoying Prosciutto Wrapped Melon on our lanai with my Wife was so nice.  A crisp Pino Grigio was the perfect accompaniment.

APPETIZERS AT HOME

My Daughter wanted me to make a Pasta dinner so I expanded on the Italian theme with a couple of appetizers.  Prosciutto Wrapped Cantaloupe which is so light, fresh, sweet and salty is the perfect appetizer for a warm Hawaii evening.  Always love this.  I picked up a few cheeses; Manchego, Truffle and a Gouda with Truffle.  So nice sitting on our outdoor lanai enjoying this food with family.
