I love Hoakalei Country Club.  Simply stated it is the most beautiful golf course on Oahu and the best golf course too.  Lunch at Reflections on this visit didn't hit the mark but service was excellent and the views of the course were amazing.  The Chicken Chopped Salad was terrible according to my wife.  She barely touched it after a few bites.  The Kalua Pork Nachos are good with the exception of the Mango Salsa and Sweet Chile Sauce that totally overpower the flavor of the Kalua Pork, Chips and Cheese.  I would definitely order this on the side next time.  The Philly Cheese Steak was a bit dry and disappointed this time.  I liked it the last time I was here.  Perhaps we just made the wrong menu choices this day.  Should have kept it more low carb and healthy.

Love Hoakalei Country Club and the incredible staff that works there.  The food however on this day was way under par.  We ordered the Caesar Salad with Romaine in place of the local greens.  Wasn't much green going on with the Romaine.  Also, the Lihing Vinaigrette was too suite.  Definitely a double bogey.  The Wings were very meaty but my Wife was not a fan of the Korean Sauce as it did not have any heat.  She requested a side of Buffalo Sauce which I thought made them better.  The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich did not hit the spot.  My first bite tasted like nothing but mayonnaise.  Something didn't taste right about this sandwich so I only finished half.  While the food did not shine the staff and pool did.  Love this place!

A day at Hoakalei is pretty much the perfect day.  I love this Clubhouse and golf course.

Absolutely the BEST on Oahu.  My pre-round lunch usually includes the Caesar Salad with Fresh Fish and maybe a cold beverage at Reflections.  Post round always includes a refreshing glass of chilled Chardonnay, Sashimi or Poke.  Also enjoyed the Spicy Tuna Roll which is a favorite and the pupu style Rib Eye.  Service and staff are great at Hoakalei.  They always call you by name and make sure you feel like a valued member.  Love Hoakalei and wish we lived closer because I would definitely spend more time here.

Enjoyed a nice lunch and round of golf at Hoakalei Country Club.  This place is absolutely beautiful and it is THE BEST golf course on Oahu.  The staff and service on this day and most days is amazing.  Personalized service and attention while dining is very nice.  I started my day with a Seltzer rather than beer.  The flavored Seltzers are tasty, refreshing and light.  Doesn't fill me up like beer does so they are nice to drink on the course.  The Sushi at Hoakalei is always good.  Just wish they offered more of it.  Currenty they only have two rolls available and on this day they were out of Spicy Tuna.  Went with the Hoakalei Roll instead.  Delicious.  Seems like I always order the Caesar salad with Fresh Fish.  The fish is always cooked to perfection and satisfying.  On this visit the Caesar was loaded with dressing so next time I am getting the dressing on the side.
