Enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco. Hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Front Desk, Bellmen and Concierge were excellent. This was the first time we visited San Francisco and did not rent a car. Used Uber, Lyft and the train. Even though we did not use the Valet/Bellman for a car, they still opened doors, assisted us and welcomed us every time we came back to the hotel. Had a few glasses of wine in the lobby bar which has live music. Staff was great and so was the music. Parallel 37 Restaurant was fantastic and they have a special wine tasting room that looked incredible off the lobby. Never had a chance to go inside though. The hotel location worked out well. Able to walk to Finacial District, Shopping and Chinatown. Nice stay but when visiting San Francisco we don't spend much time in the hotel so perhaps may try a less pricing property next time.
