My gals left me home alone so I made this quick dinner using some Tuna Salad from lunch.
Very tasty and satisfying.

TUNA SALAD, AVOCADO AND TOMATO TOWER
DINNER AT HOME
Made this dinner up on the fly using leftovers and things we had in the refrigerator. For my Tower, I started with Avocado and then added Tuna Salad. Topped with Tomatoes, Red Onion, Cilantro and Lime. Served with Romaine Lettuce, Grilled Asparagus, Egg and Papaya. Pretty darn delicious!
