Made my delicious Tuna Salad and enjoyed it with some Avocado and lettuce.

These little Wraps were perfect for a light lunch.

Had planned dinner for the family and my Daughter says she is hungry two hours before dinner was 

to be ready.  I looked in the fridge and saw Tuna Salad and lots of lettuce.  Turned out these tasty

Lettuce Wraps in minutes.  She at them all!
