WEDGE SALAD WITH ROASTED BEETS AND AVOCADO

I love a good Wedge Salad and one of the best ever is the one I make at home.  I love adding Roasted Beets, Avocado, Egg, Red Onion, Green Onion, Bacon, Crumbled Blue Cheese and a lot of Lighthouse Blue Cheese Dressing.  So satisfying and filling that you don't need an entree.  Just the salad is my dinner.

DINNER AT HOME

One of my all time fave salads is this Wedge Salad with Roasted Beets and Avocado.  Also loaded with Bacon, Egg, Tomato, Green Onion, Blue Cheese Dressing and Crumbles.  This is so delicious and satisfying.
