I love a good Wedge Salad and one of the best ever is the one I make at home.  I love adding Roasted Beets, Avocado, Egg, Red Onion, Green Onion, Bacon, Crumbled Blue Cheese and a lot of Lighthouse Blue Cheese Dressing.  So satisfying and filling that you don't need an entree.  Just the salad is my dinner.

When I go to a Steakhouse, I often order a Ribeye Steak and Wedge Salad.  Doing this same menu at home is just as good and a lot less costly.  Knocked this out with a nice Cabernet!

This has become one of our favorite dinners when we want to keep it light and low carb.

Love the Bacon, Egg, Avocado, Green Onion, Tomato and Blue Cheese Dressing plus chunks of Blue Cheese.  Only thing missing was Roasted Beets. Yummy times ten!

I love a good Wedge Salad and often order them at restaurants and especially steak houses.  This one made at home is as good or better than any restaurant.  I like Bacon, Egg, Avocado, Tomato, Crumbled Blue Cheese and a Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.  Also Roasted Beets if we have them.  This fills me up and is so satisfying.  Really a meal in itself.
