DINNER AT HOME
Had a small BBQ on the lanai that included a delicious Pate and Cheese Platter. I substituted fresh Carrots, Celery, Bell Pepper and Cucumber for bread and Crackers to stay low carb. My BBQ Chicken came out perfect. I used a dry rub of spices and then coated with BBQ Sauce during the grilling process. Delicious!
