I love The Buffet at Hyatt.  The Crab Legs are always large and full of flavor unlike some other buffets where they are thin and tasteless.  The Prime Rib is also really good here as is the Sushi.  The small Korean BBQ section also is good for Kalbi and Bulgogi Wraps.  There is a lot more food but I keep it pretty simple with just the handful of things I really like.
