DINNER AT HOME
With heavy rain and winds we couldn't go out on Saturday night as planned and did not want to go to the store for ingredients. Made this super delicious restaurant quality dinner using what we had in the refrigerator, garden and pantry. Shallots, Leaks, Kale, White Wine, Butter and Cream created an unbelievable sauce that paired perfectly with the Salmon. This one really blew me away with the flavors.
