It was Love at First Bite with this Hamachi Crudo at Chao.  The fish was fresh, Ponzu Sauce was delicious and the Tobiko and Chili added that extra yummy!

This is one of my favorite fish dishes in all Hawaii.  Always super fresh and always delicious.  Every time I eat this Mahi Mahi Bowl I am already thinking about my next trip so I can enjoy it again.  Love the layers of flavors and gentle hint of heat from the Korean sauce.

After a delicious meal at Alan Wong's Kahala, the dessert menu came and I saw an old time favorite called The Coconut on the menu.  This was always a "must' order at Alan Wong's on King Street for over two decades.  The presentation is stunning and the flavors are the perfect way to end a dinner at the new Alan Wong's.
