Cannot recommend or rave about the Brigantine in Del Mar enough. One of my favorite restaurants on the planet and the home of the Worlds Best Fish Tacos. Brigantine does everything right and we absolutely love this place. In fact, we visited five times in a week during our visit. It is just that good. This post focuses on the Fish Taco which was stop #1 on our North San Diego Taco tour. We visited my favorite taco shops and did a little video on each one. Brigantine wins Best Fish Tacos because they use fresh fish and tortillas and have an incredible light and non greasy batter with simple cabbage, cheese, pico de Gallo and white sauce toppings. Everything has flavor in this taco and combined they are a masterpiece. Kind of like an In n' Out Burger where you taste each layer of ingredients. Add their Famous Hot Stuff Sauce and you have THE BEST FISH TACO!
