BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS WITH ORIGINAL ANCHOR BAR WING SAUCE

DINNER AT HOME

Made these delicious Wings with the Original Anchor Bar Buffalo Wing Sauce.  Used the Air Fryer and they came out nice and crispy on the outside.  Started by seasoning/coating the Wings with some of my favorite spices and a bit of Baking Powder and Avocado Oil.  Air fried at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Flipped them and cooked for an additional 15 minutes.  Served with Blue Cheese Dressing with Carrots and Celery.  Like being in Buffalo New York!

Watching one of my favorite food shows and saw that the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York sells its Original Buffalo Wing Sauce by the bottle.  Went on Amazon and bought a 3-Pack of the sauce.  I liked that you did not have to mix the sauce with butter.  Simply cook your Wings and place them in a big bowl to mix with the sauce.  I Air Fried the Wings and they came out perfect.  The sauce had a perfect heat level and great flavor.
