DINNER AT HOME

We bought a bunch of Mozzarella Cheese for a recipe that was never made so I had to come up with a another recipe to use the Mozzarella.  Turned Chicken Breasts into a delicious Chicken Mozzarella and served it over pasta.  Super simple to season and then sautés and brown chicken in a pan.  Add Marinara or Spaghetti Sauce and simmer.  Top with cheese and place under broiler until golden brown.  Really good and really cheesy.

Sauteed some diced chicken breast in garlic, fresh oregano and olive oil and then added onion and carrots because I had some in the refrigerator.  Added some tomato sauce with basil and had a very good an inexpensive dinner with a caesar salad and glass of red wine.  Cheap, simple and delicious.  Actually better than a lot of restaurant meals we pay good money for.  Cannot beat dinner at home with my girls.
