DINNER AT HOME
This one pot wonder made by my wife has quickly become a family favorite. The flavor is incredible and it only contains a few ingredients. Whole Chicken, Carrots, Napa Cabbage, Leeks, Apples, Ginger, Salt, Pepper and for this batch she added Potatoes because we had some on the counter. Simmered low and slow for several hours and it is done.
