St. Patrick's Day was delicious at my house.  My wife made the absolutely most delicious Corned Beef that I have ever had in my life.  The meat was so flavorful and moist.  You could cut it with a fork and it literally melted in my mouth.  Amazing.  The Cabbage and Carrots were also infused with a ton of flavor which made this one of my favorite meals of the year!

We had a lot of Cabbage, Potatoes, Carrots and Onions leftover from our St. Patrick's Day Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner.  Did not want to waste it so I made this delicious soup by adding diced Chicken, Chicken Stock and sautéed diced Carrots, Celery and Onion.  This was way better than I expected and would make again and again.

Made this Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner for St. Patrick's Day.  Cooked the Corned Beef for 80 minutes in the Pressure Cooker.  Cabbage, Carrots and Onion also went into the pressure cooker after the Corned Beef finished.  Pretty good stuff.

Once again dining at Nico's for lunch.  This place is so convenient to my office and if you go before 11:30am you can usually get in and out pretty quickly.  It was St. Patrick's so I ordered a plate of the Corned Beef and Cabbage to have our table try it.  I tried the Corned Beef and it was a bit tough. Not my favorite.  The Swordfish with a Lobster Cream Sauce was good and I devoured it all along with the salad.

These little Sliders could be better than our St. Patricks Day dinner of Corned Beef and Cabbage traditional style.  Hawaiian Bread, Corned Beef, Cabbage and Mustard.  So good!!

My Wife made the perfect dinner for St. Patricks Day.  Corned Beef and Cabbage with Potatoes, Carrots and Mustard.  The Mustard really made this meal great.  Yummy!

Who would think that you can find a great Irish Pub in Hawaii. Well, Murphy's is a Hawaii institution. Great place to eat, drink and hang out with friends. I have been enjoying Murphy's for many years. Love the decor and feeling here. Once you walk through the doors, you are transported to another place far from Hawaii. I took my friend from Scotland here recently and enjoyed a "pint" and some good food. We started with the Jalapeno Poppers. Basic poppers with creme cheese filled jalapeno deep fried and served with Ranch Dressing. The Spicy Chicken Wings are meaty and good but NOT SPICY. I had to doctor them up with Tabasco Sauce to add some heat. The Steamed Clams were awesome. Plump little clams that tasted fresh and delicious. Probably some of the best clams I have had in Hawaii.  The Corned Beef and Cabbage was just o.k. according to my lovely bride and daughter. My friend enjoyed Fish n' Chips. I tried the fish and it was good. Waitress said it was Cod. The Hamburger Sliders were absolutely delicious. I only ate one but wish I had room for the two others. You can taste the beef, cheese and sauteed onions. Really good little burgers and highly recommended. We had excellent service on this night. The beer was cold and the food was good.
