Having a suite aboard the Caribbean Princess gives you a few extra perks like a private dining room and evening cocktails.  We only had breakfast once in Club Class and it was good.

I went for the Eggs Benedict with Tomato in place of the English Muffin.  Delicious!

My Wife made me the most amazing Father's Day breakfast. In fact one of the best of my life.  

King Crab Benedict with Heirloom Tomato in place of the English Muffin to stay low carb and topped with Truffle Caviar.  The Truffle Caviar are little pearls of Truffle that look like Caviar.  They explode with the flavor of Truffles.  Mind boggling delicious!

I would say that the Billion Dollar Benedict was just ok.  Thought breakfast with Filet Mignon and Lobster would be incredible, but this just did not seem fresh.  Don't get me wrong it was good but just not a billion dollars good.  My Daughter absolutely loved the Caprise Sandwich and my Wife liked the BLT.  So many things on the menu here that we would love to return and try some more.

I have not bought Pimento Cheese in probably 20 years but I saw it at the market and picked up a small jar.  Really did not know how I would use the cheese.  When I opened the refrigerator on this day I saw Canadian Bacon and immediately thought Eggs Benedict.  We had a few more of the New York Bagels left so I decided to use the Bagel as my base and laid down the Canadian Bacon, a nice thick slice of Tomato and then a Poached Egg topped with melted Pimento Cheese and a few Avocado slices.  The Pimento Cheese worked!  This was delicious.

BREAKFAST AT HOME

Came home from a 6 mile walk down and back up our hill and was surprised to see this beautiful King Crab Benedict waiting for me.  Father's Day breakfast cooked up by my amazing Wife.  This was so good.  Put me in a daze of happiness as I tasted the Crab and Hollandaise Sauce together in my mouth.  How lucky am I do be eating this great food and have my Wife and Daughter seated on each side of me.  Feel like the happiest man alive.

I am a very blessed man. Woke up to the two most beautiful woman in the world today. Had a Eggs Benedict breakfast served with fresh strawberries. After church we came home and worked on the computer, played some volleyball and did some reading. To cap off the day my lovely bride made me a huge lobster dinner with rice, salad and fresh vegetables. This lobster was huge and delicious. I would write more but my girls just presented me with some chocolate covered strawberries.
