DINNER AT HOME

This is probably one of our families favorite dinners.  Baked Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce, Asparagus and Rice.  Everything goes so well together and the sauce is delicious on the Salmon, Asparagus and Rice.  Never anything left on the plate with this meal.  Delicious!

DINNER AT HOME

One of the families favorite meals at home is Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce.  We have been eating this dish since I first tasted it for breakfast at the New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel which was over 30 years ago.  We serve it with Asparagus a lot because Hollandaise Sauce goes great with it too.  Cooked up some Cauliflower and Potatoes to go with it.  So good!
