MAHI MAHI AND SASHIMI

DINNER AT HOME

This dinner of Fresh Mahi Mahi and Sashimi was the bomb.  Ten times better than the $80 per person buffet at the Hyatt.  The Mahi was on sale so this meal for three cost less than $40.  The fresh Ahi was expensive at $42 per pound so this little block was $18.  Made a simple sauce using Butter, White Wine, Chicken Stock, Heavy Cream and Capers.  Restaurant quality at home and so delicious!

This is probably one of our families favorite dinners.  Baked Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce, Asparagus and Rice.  Everything goes so well together and the sauce is delicious on the Salmon, Asparagus and Rice.  Never anything left on the plate with this meal.  Delicious!

Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce once again.  This has got to be one of the families favorite dinners.

Never gets old and often crave it.  Asparagus and rice are the perfect sides for this dish.  Yummy!
