LUNCH IN MAUI

Spending a lot of days in Maui as we prepare to open our new showroom and warehouse in Kahului.  Have been treating the contractors and staff Pizza day after day so I switched it up and ordered Jollibee Fried Chicken.  Damn this is some of the best Fried Chicken ever.  Love the Spicy version with their peppery gravy.  If you have not tried Jollibee Chicken you are missing out.  CAUTION:  This chicken can become addicting.

Hard to believe that a Filipino Fast Food Restaurant could have some of the best Fried Chicken on the planet.  Jollibee Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy is the best!

Carb overload but worth it.

I know its not healthy but Jollibee Fried Chicken and Gravy is so darn good.  Probably my favorite Fried Chicken on the Island of Oahu.

LUNCH AT THE OFFICE

I was going to eat light this week and try to drop a few pounds.  Then my customer brings this lunch from Jollibee to my office.  Spicy Fried Chicken, Corn, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy and an extra container of Gravy to dip the Chicken in.  My Goodness this is "Chicken Crack".  Totally addicting and delicious.  The Spicy Chicken really does have a nice kick of heat and the Chicken is totally moist.  When you dip the Chicken into the Pepper Gravy it is Chicken Heaven.  This is the BEST Fried Chicken and Gravy ever.  I could eat this every day of the week.  Try Jollibee Fried Chicken and Gravy if you have one near you.  This is a chain from the Philippines with restaurants in Hawaii and California.
