Craving those Nathan's Hot Dogs again so I made a Mexican style dog with Cheese, Guacamole and Pico de Gallo.  Had to have my traditional dog too with Mustard, Onions and Relish.  What a great low carb lunch.  Delicious!

I LOVE Nathan's Hot Dogs.  Even traveled to New York to eat at the original Nathan's on Coney Island.  Eating low carb doesn't stop me from eating Nathan's at home.  I just ditch the bun and use lettuce.  Totally satisfying for me!

I love Nathan's Hot Dogs and still eat them on the low carb diet.  Just ditched the bun.

I love Hot Dogs but with my low carb diet haven't been able to enjoy them.  I saw a post on Instagram where someone used lettuce as the bun.  Thought I would try it with my favorite Nathan's Hot Dog.  Did my normal Mustard, Relish and Onions and believe it or not this satisfied by Hot Dog craving.  Actually liked it and have now made these several times.
