One of those weekday nights where we did not want to cook so my Wife picked up takeout from Maile's Thai Bistro on Ward Avenue.  We went with some of our favorites; Spring Rolls, Cold Tofu, Ong Choi Beef and Evil Jungle Chicken.  Hit the spot and we had plenty of leftovers for another day.

My Wife cooked up this delicous Ong Choi Beef dinner using fresh Ong Choi, Chilis and lots of garlic.  Hot Chile Sauce added even more kick.  Spicy and delicious!

My Wife went to our Keo's Thai Cookbook and made this delicious dish of One Choi Beef.  Keo's was my favorite Thai Restaurant in Honolulu before Mekong and now both are gone.  Maile's Thai Bistro is now our "go to" Thai restaurant.  This dish only has a few ingredients but is packed with flavor.  Easy to make too!
