We LOVED the food and service at Gluay Nam Wa in Phuket.  Some of the best Thai food of our lives and a place that I would return to again and again.  Great flavors and perfect amount of heat.  Everything was excellent.  Loved the staff that gave us an incredible good by when we left.

My Wife went to our Keo's Thai Cookbook and made this delicious dish of One Choi Beef.  Keo's was my favorite Thai Restaurant in Honolulu before Mekong and now both are gone.  Maile's Thai Bistro is now our "go to" Thai restaurant.  This dish only has a few ingredients but is packed with flavor.  Easy to make too!
