One of those nights where we are just trying to use up what's in the fridge.  My wife cooked up this delicious Spicy Chicken and Green Bean dish in just minutes.  Delicious!

I normally wouldn't eat at Showmen Express but my Daughter wanted food and something to take on the plane.  Tried to keep it low carb with Spicy Chicken and Mongolian Beef.  Did have a tiny bit of the Fried Rice but opted out on another starch.  Food was surprisingly good and the vegetables were fresh.  Actually liked this a lot.

ONO KOREAN BBQ - SPICY PORK AND SPICY CHICKEN

LUNCH AT THE OFFICE

I love Korean BBQ and often get it with Noodles.  Trying to stay low carb this time and I went for my normal Spicy Pork/Spicy Chicken Combo with all Cucumbers and Kimchi as my sides. Did not eat the rice or Mandoo.  Delicious and I really didn't miss the rice.
