DINNER AT HOME
Craving a bowl of Pasta but needed to stay low carb. We used a mandolin to make Spaghetti type noodles out of Zucchini. Mixed with a Beef and Sausage sauce that was delicious.

ZUCCHINI SPAGHETTI WITH MEAT SAUCE
DINNER AT HOME
Made a Meat Sauce with Beef and Italian Sausage, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Oregano, Basil and Tomato Sauce. To stay low carb for me I made Zucchini Spaghetti and mixed it with a little regular spaghetti. My gals went full on carbs with regular spaghetti and garlic bread.
