Set my eyes on the Birria Taco Truck in Long Beach at 10:00AM and was ready to grind. They don't open until 11:00 so I had to endure an hour of shopping with my Daughter. When the truck opened I ordered the Crunchy Birria Tacos and a Carne Asada Taco. A took a bit long to get the food but the people were so nice and apologized. Service was excellent. The Tacos were less than excellent though. Good but not great. The Birria meat and consommé were pretty tasteless. I was expecting so much better. The Carne Asada Taco was good but pretty basic flavor like most you get from food trucks.
