These Bean and Guacamole Tostadas were delicious.  So good, I ate two.  Totally hit the spot with flavor!

I love Bean Burritos and this homemade version is super filling and delicious.  I could eat one of these or a Taco every day of the week.  We use A La Madre Low Carb Tortillas which taste just as good as regular high carb Tortillas.  Layers of flavor with Spicy Refried Beans, Guacamole, Lettuce, Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Hot Sauce and Cotija Cheese.
