WEDGE SALAD WITH LOBSTER

DINNER AT HOME

After a monster dinner party we decided to have a Wedge Salad the next night for dinner.

Since we had two lobsters left we decided to serve them with the salad.  Turned out to be a very delicious combination.  My Wedge Salad includes homemade Roasted and Pickled Beets, Bacon, Egg, Green Onion, Red Onion, Crumbled Blue Cheese and Blue Cheese Dressing.

This Wedge Salad was amazing and a full meal.  I made homemade Pickled Beets which added great flavor.  Topped the Wedge with Blue Cheese Dressing, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Egg, Red Onion, Green Onion and Tomato.  This is now one of our favorite salads ever!
