Coming off the Ultimate Birthday dinner for my Wife and the next night we entertained our Daughter and her friends with similar menu.  This time the Cornish Game Hens shined along with of course, the Drew Burgers!

Pro Tip: Marinate Cornish Game Hens overnight and then Air Fry for beautiful color and moist and flavorful inside.

Wow...this restaurant quality dinner was amazing.  Me and my Wife tag teamed with me doing the appetizers and salad.  She did the heavy lifting cooking the main entrees and dessert.  Perfect dinner for our friends 11th Wedding Anniversary.  Kept it pretty low carb.  Served our guests Mashed Potatoes with Butter and Parmesan too.  None on my plate though.

Wow...what a dinner for some visiting guests.  Steak, Lobster, King Crab and our favorite appetizers.  My Wife absolutely nailed this dinner with flavors and presentations.  I was only responsible for the appetizers which may I say...were incredible.

Blessed to work for an incredible company and have a non-profit organization that raises money for cancer research.  Every year we hold a golf tournament and invite my vendors to attend.  The night prior to the golf tournament we hold a VIP Dinner for co-workers, friends and vendors.  This year the event was called a Taste of France and the food and wine was French inspired.
