DINNER AT HOME
I don't know how my wife does it, but she can cook a perfect Beef Wellington that is better than most restaurants. This Easter dinner was amazing. Perfectly cooked steak with a delicious pastry crust and filling of Mushrooms, Shallots, Liver Pate and Prosciutto.
