Back to Duke's on Kauai again and believe me the Sashimi was fresh and delicious as always.  They have the perfect fresh Ahi Sashimi that is consistant time and time again.  The Kalua Pork Nachos however were the worst I have ever had here.  Guarantee they were sitting under a heat lamp for a long time before being served.  Cheese was hard and the Kalua Pork was dry.  Tasted nothing like prior visits.  Every time we took a bite we thought that we should have said something to the waitress. Never mentioned it and I regret that because they were bad.

Service was really good so that may be why I stayed quiet.
