PASTA CARBONARA AND CAPRESE SALAD

DINNER AT HOME

Blessed to be able to enjoy restaurant quality food at home.  My wife's Carbonara made without cream is as good or better than most restaurants in Hawaii.  Her Caprese also rocked with fresh made Burrata, Heirloom Tomatoes and Balsamic Glaze.  The perfect dinner!

Vine Ripened Tomatoes, Basil and Burrata with Balsamic Glaze.  Oh..and a little Prosciutto too.  Appetizer for Keli's Happy Birthday Week.  Light, fresh and delicious!
