Enjoyed a light dinner with super fresh Ahi Sashimi and Avocado. When the Ahi is this fresh it melts in your mouth. One of my fave things in the world.

APPETIZER AT HOME
We missed fresh Hawaii Sashimi while in California and got home to find the price had soared to $38 per pound. These little slices of heaven cost me $13. Delicious.

DINNER AT HOME
We wanted a light dinner and fresh Ahi so I came up with this Ahi Tower with Papaya and Avocado. Topped with a little Seaweed Salad. The base consists of Zucchini, Corn, Onion and Jalapeño.
I really could eat this every single day. So lucky to have the best fresh Ahi in the World in Hawaii.
