Enjoyed a light dinner with super fresh Ahi Sashimi and Avocado. When the Ahi is this fresh it melts in your mouth. One of my fave things in the world.

We missed fresh Hawaii Sashimi while in California and got home to find the price had soared to $38 per pound. These little slices of heaven cost me $13. Delicious.

Enjoyed a very light and delicious dinner on our lanai on a hot humid night in Honolulu.
Fresh Ahi Sashimi with Avocado and Caviar with Smoked Salmon and Creme Fraiche.

FRESH SASHIMI SALAD
| FRESH SASHIMI SALAD DINNER AT HOME When the plate is bright - you are eating right.....going with a Salad again for dinner. Bought a nice piece of Ahi Sashimi for $11 at Foodland Farms and made this delicious Salad. Drizzled a little Soy Sauce and Wasabi over the Sashimi and put a little Balsamic Vinaigrette over the greens.  |
