Had a business dinner to prepare for huge events I am hosting in August and September.  Decided to hold the meeting at Izakaya Matsuri because my guests wanted Sushi.  They requested that I order so I went with all of my favorites including Hokkaido Crab, Otoro, Toronaido Roll, Hamachi Kama and a new fave which is the Wagyu Sushi.  Wow....just cannot get enough of this place and already want to go back.

Cannot say enough good things about Izakaya Matsuri.  Just love the food here.
Pretty much sticking to all of my faves at this point.  The dishes below are my "go to" items that keep me coming back.

Another PERFECT dinner at Izakaya Matsuri.  The best Hokkaido Crab, Hamachi Kama and Otoro ever.  Love this place so much!

Another amazing, delicious and oh so satisfying meal at Izakaya Matsuri.  There are only a handful of restaurants that I visit that truly make me happy every single time.  This is definitely one of them and I already want to go back.  Love the fresh Otoro, Hokkaido Crab and Hamachi Kama which are my go to dishes.  Tried the Aburi Toro Taku Futomaki for the first time and it was a work of art.  The delicate precision of the presentation was beautiful.  Tasty too!  My wife loves the Kagani Kamameshi which comes to the table with a flame of fire at the bottom.  Everything seems to be good here and the freshness and quality of ingredients shines!

Another perfect dinner at Izakaya Matsuri.  Love the freshness and clean flavors of the Sushi and food here.  Always start with the House Salad with a light and delicious Japanese dressing.  Pro Tip:  Start with the Ahi Sushi and then progress to the Otoro so you can really experience the difference in texture and taste.  The Otoro here is amazing and one of my favorite bites ever.  Also love the Hamachi Kama which while fried is moist in the middle and full of delicate flavor.  The Hokkaido Crab is also one of my favorite bites and while a bit expensive, is worth it.  Always leave here feeling full, satisfied and wanting to return!
