DINNER AT HOME
Kind of made this Spaghetti Bolognese up as I went along. Started by sautéing Carrots, Onion, Celery and Garlic in Olive Oil. Cooked until everything was soft and removed from pan. Added Ground Beef and cooked it until brown. Added Salt, Pepper and Tomato Paste. Cooked a bit and then added White Wine. Reduced and then added Chicken Stock and then some Cream. Put back all the veggies along with a bottle of Spaghetti Sauce and cooked on low heat for several hours. My wife loved it and asked what I did differently this time.
